The short version. If SteelSpine AI doesn't work for you, email hello@steelspine.ai within 14 days of your first paid charge and we'll refund it. No quiz. No retention call. No "what could we have done better." Just the refund.

1. The 14-day money-back window

If you are not satisfied with SteelSpine AI for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first paid charge on a subscription. The free trial period does not consume your refund window — the 14 days start when your first real charge posts.

This applies to your initial subscription purchase only. Renewal charges (after the first 14-day window) are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time, with or without requesting a refund. Cancellation:

To cancel, use the customer portal link in any Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or email hello@steelspine.ai and we'll process it for you.

3. How to request a refund

Email hello@steelspine.ai from the email address on your account. Include your Lemon Squeezy order number if you have it (it's not required — we can find your account from the email). We aim to respond within one business day and process the refund the same day we respond.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. The funds typically reach you within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Annual plans

Annual subscriptions are also covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee, calculated from the date of the first paid charge. After the 14-day window, annual renewals are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal from charging.

5. Multi-seat / Team plans

For Team subscriptions, the 14-day refund window covers your initial purchase of any seat count. If you reduce seats during your subscription, the change takes effect at the next billing period; we do not pro-rate seat decreases mid-period.

If you have a billing concern, we'd much rather hear from you directly first — email is faster than a chargeback. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended pending resolution with Lemon Squeezy and your card issuer.
