The short version. SteelSpine is currently offered free of charge — there's no subscription and no payment, so there's nothing to refund. If something isn't working, or you have a question about a purchase made under a prior pricing model, email hello@steelspine.ai and we'll make it right. A real person replies.

1. SteelSpine is free

SteelSpine AI is provided at no cost. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no payment processor in the loop — so there is no refund to issue. If you paid for SteelSpine under a previous pricing model and have a billing question, contact us and we will resolve it fairly.

2. If something doesn't work

If the software doesn't behave as documented, we want to know. Email hello@steelspine.ai and we'll help you fix it or take the feedback to heart.
